We keep your personal details (name, address, telephone number, email address, and if provided, company name, user name and password) on a secure server.

Your credit card

We do not collect or store any information from your credit card. Instead, at the time of ordering, we pass you to the credit card company and you enter your card details directly onto their secure and encrypted website. Look for the padlock symbol in your browser. Therefore we do not store your credit card details and we do not see its number.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and we abide by the UK and EU rules on data protection. Your details are used soley for the purpose of authenticating your billing details and preparing and shipping your order to you. We will not rent or sell your details to a 3rd party.

Your data

The data we collect from you is your name and address, company name if optionally provided, email address and telephone number. We will also collect a second address if required for delivery to a different address. Your name and delivery address is passed to our suppliers and to the carrier to permit them to process your order. Your name and billing address is passed to our credit card handling company to allow them to process your payment. Your details are not passed to any other 3rd party. The suppliers, the carrier and the credit card company will not pass your details to any other party.
