Security policy

We keep your personal details (name, address, telephone number, email address, and if provided, company name, user name and password) on a secure server.

Your credit card

We do not collect or store any information from your credit card. Instead, at the time of ordering, we pass you to the credit card company and you enter your card details directly onto their secure and encrypted website. Look for the padlock symbol in your browser. Therefore we do not store your credit card details and we do not see its number.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and we abide by the UK and EU rules on data protection. Your details are used soley for the purpose of authenticating your billing details and preparing and shipping your order to you and for follow up enquiries. We will not rent or sell your details to a 3rd party.

Your data

The data we collect from you is your name and address, company name if optionally provided, email address and telephone number. We will also collect a second address if required for delivery to a different location. Your name, delivery address and telephone number are passed to our suppliers and to their carriers to let them process and ship your order. Your details are passed to our credit card handling company to allow them to process and authenticate your payment and to eKomi to let them ask you to rate our service. Your details are not passed to any other 3rd party. The suppliers, the carriers, the credit card company and eKomi will not pass your details to any other party.

Contacting you

We will use your billing address, telephone number and email address to contact you about your order if needed, or to inform you of changes to this website or products within this website.

Delivery is made to the ground floor unless you specify a floor level in your delivery address.

Occasionally a large or very heavy item will require a delivery surcharge to be made (for example large fire safes). If this is the case, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you do not wish to pay this additional charge.

We can only supply to the United Kingdon of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the rest of Europe, the USA, the Middle East etc

Method

Most items to Mainland UK addresses are delivered by Courier which will be Fedex, UPS or DPD. We do not use Royal Mail services. Some bulky or irregular items such as furniture, firesafes, white goods etc will be delivered by specialist carriers and non Mainland UK or Scottish Highlands destinations may use other carriers.

Most items will be delivered Next Working day but destinations in Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly may take 1-3 working days. Bulky or irregular items such as furniture, firesafes, white goods etc can also take 1-3 days. All timescales are subjected to the item being in stock. Some specially made items like some furniture will take much longer.

Working days are Monday to Friday but not public holidays. We do not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Delivery hours will normally be between 8am and 6pm.

All Deliveries will require a signature and cannot be just "left" somewhere. Consider using a workplace or neighbour's address when placing your order.

You must contact us in writing (email or contact us form) within 2 working days from receiving your order for any shortages or damages.
